Where I've noted release dates in the checklists, these aren't absolute but based on the cards I have or the cards I can identify from other sources. While I made type classification and distinctions, there seem to be different type 'styles' as well that seem to overlap one style with another. The Hand Printed ones seem to overlap with some of the ones that were typed. We see in later '50s and '60s catalogs that cards within the same genre (movie stars, music, military, sports) had different types issued at the same time.
